Keeping Your Pets Safe & Loved
Welcome!
Step into Your Furry Pal’s Cosy Retreat! 🐾
Hey there, lovely pet parents of Essex! If you’re on the hunt for someone who’ll love your pets just as much as you do, guess what? You’ve hit the jackpot!
I’m Zoë, your go-to gal for all things pet sitting and dog walking since 2016. Fancy a deeper dive into my pet passion? Head over to the ‘About’ section for the full scoop.
Here’s the deal – before your fur baby and I become besties, I’m all in with learning about their likes, dislikes, and those cute little quirks. It’s my mission to keep them safe, super happy, and chillaxing while you’re away.
Oh, and let’s talk trust – your home is your castle, right? I’m all about respecting your space like it’s my own. And that’s just a sneak peek of the heart and soul I’m pouring into my future dream team! Keep your peepers peeled for updates.
Bottom line? I’m not just about the belly rubs and the treats (though there’s plenty of that), I care with every fiber of my being, and that’s the Peachy Pets & Pads promise.
Where Patience Meets Passion: Caring for Your Furry Friends 🐾
Let’s talk about the tender loving care your pets deserve. When it comes to those moments when they might feel a tad nervous or unsure, patience isn’t just a virtue – it’s my promise to you and your pets.
I get it, change can be ruff. That’s why I take the time to ensure your pets feel nothing but safe and serene with me. My approach? It’s all about keeping their wagging tails and purring motors running smoothly by sticking to their familiar routines as closely as possible.
Honesty is at the heart of what I do. It’s the golden rule that guides me to provide the kind of care that reassures both you and your pets. I’m all ears when it comes to your requests, making sure every little detail is noted and followed – because your peace of mind is my top priority.
As for me, I’m on a never-ending journey to learn and grow, to be the absolute best Pet Sitter and Pooch Protector I can be. It’s my passion, my daily quest, and let me tell you, every day is an adventure filled with new knowledge and furry cuddles.
Truth and freedom – they’re not just words to me, they’re the compass that leads me to amazing clients like you and the delightful animals that fill my days with joy. Doing what I love, staying true to my values, it’s what keeps me aligned and buzzing with happiness, day in and day out.
Animals, those intuitive little beings, they can sniff out the good vibes from miles away. That’s why I make sure my energy is as bright and positive as the sunniest day in the park – because they deserve that, and so do you.
I count my lucky stars every day because I get to do what I truly adore. And guess what? It’s all thanks to you and your pets. Together, we make every day peachy!
“I cannot recommend Zoe enough. She looked after my (very cheeky) 2 year older Lab – Bertie for 11 days whilst I was in Greece (& my cat & rabbit). I got daily updates (as requested) and I came back to a beautifully clean house, as well as a very well behaved Bertie! I can tell how much time and love she has given him by his behaviour. Zoe you are an angel in disguise & so unbelievably professional – THANK YOU xx“

“Zoe helped me with a drop off and collection at doggy day care. I was a bit concerned at how Bella would react with a stranger coming into the house so it was great to combine handing over keys with a meet and greet. It was also a weight off my mind to see how Bella took to Zoe immediately. Zoe clearly loves dogs and focuses on putting them at ease but she’s also really professional to deal with and I’d definitely recommend her.”
Nikki Wilson – Danbury, Chelmsford
“I just wanted to say a huge thank you for looking after our beloved Parrot, Charlie.
I was so nervous to be leaving him but your regular updates and photos put me at ease and it was clear he was getting used to you. You have a lovely manner and patience which is all we wanted aswell as being trustworthy. Was also impressed with how clean you left everything. We will definitely be contacting you again in the future. Thank you!”
Gemma Anderson – Baddow, Chelmsford
“Zoe stayed with my two dogs (14yr old Spaniel & 2yr old Pug 4) for 4 days. They are both very different ages and breeds and both have very different needs. We had never used anyone before in this matter and was very worried and nervous. Zoe was truly amazing and supportive through the whole thing and I will be using her for all my future dog needs. They went on walks every day and the house was looked after aswell as she stayed in the house.”
Jessica Caton – Danbury, Chelmsford
“We’ve had Zoe look after our two cats (Alan and Dennis) and we didn’t hesitate to book again for our upcoming holiday. She obviously has a genuine love for pets and knew they were being well looked after. Her communication is fantastic, she sent us photo updates of them each day so we knew they were happy. Would highly recommend!”
Samantha Ellis – Great Leighs, Chelmsford
“Zoë has looked after our nervous greyhound on several occasions now. He can be wary of strangers but is a firm fan of Zoë. We feel happy to leave him in such competent and caring hands. Recently Zoë even went the extra mile for us by taking him for a vets check up. We would happily recommend her.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Will you be walking other dogs when you walk mine?
No. I only offer solo dog walks at the moment so I will always walk your dog alone unless you have more than one dog of course.
If I pet sit for you and you’re ok with me walking with friends dogs, then that’s something that I may do if the option comes up but only with your permission. This question is included on the booking questionnaire to make sure I’m clear with your preference.
Do I need to provide food for my Pet Sitter?
No – I bring my own food but am happy to finish off anything that’s left in the fridge that needs to be used up by the time you arrive back home.
Will you walk my dog off lead?
I never walk a new dog off lead for the first walk and not until I feel confident enough to do so and only with your permission. If you prefer for me to always keep your dog on the lead then I will absolutely do this. This question is included on the booking questionnaire to make sure I’m clear with your preference.
Do I need to provide toiletries for my pet sitter?
No – I bring my own toiletries including shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, deodorant, toothpaste etc.
Where will my pet sitter sleep while I'm away?
I am happy to sleep in whichever bedroom you prefer for me to stay in but I would expect to sleep in a proper bed rather than a blow up or camping style set up so that I can be as comfortable as possible while looking after your pet.
Do I need to provide towels for my pet sitter?
Yes please. It will help reduce the amount of belongings that I need to pack.
Will there be anyone else staying with my pet sitter while I am away.
No. I don’t expect to have anyone stay with me at your property. I don’t feel it’s professional. However, I have had clients offer for me to have a friend over for coffee/dinner if I’ve been staying at their home for a longer period of time and would only ever do this if it’s been offered and it fits in with my personal plans and work schedule. I would never ask and would not expect this with any of my stays.
Do you offer an evening to a morning overnight pet sitting service?
When just booking an evening sit, it would still be charged as the normal day rate. The reason for this is that people who book a day sit would usually require the evening too so this could potentially prevent a day booking that would be charged at the full day rate. However, if I’m able to leave by 10am the next day then that particular day is reduced by 50% as there is a chance for me to book in a days sitting job on that same day.
Will you be doing other work while pet sitting?
I do have other work, yes but will always check how long you’re comfortable for your
pets to be left for each day so that I can work things around that and their normal routine. This will be discussed at the consultation.
Will my pet sitter keep my house clean and tidy while I am away?
Absolutely! This is something I naturally do as I am a clean and tidy person. I will always leave your home as I found it if not better. I also offer a cleaning service if you require a deeper clean before you’re back home. Details are shown in the services section.
My Pet requires daily medication. Is this something my Pet sitter can take over from while I'm away?
Of course. The requirements of this can be discussed at the initial consultation. Depending on what the procedure is, an additional charge may be applied if it felt necessary. This will be made clear before any booking is secure and you will not be surprised by any unexpected charges.
Do you look after any other animals other than cats and dogs?
Yes. I have done many pet visits for birds, rabbits and fish so far and would be happy to discuss your pets requirements with you. I’ll always be happy to help if it’s something I think I can do.
Do you charge more for your services for more than 1 pet?
It depends on what type of pet and what is required. For example my day rates for dog and cat sitting are based on 1 dog or 2 cats. Additional animals will be charged for and can be discussed. All of my prices and services can be found within the website but please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
